City of Chester pennslyvania is a small city located next to Philadelphia. With the city being this small and the police station located downtown. You would think that the city would be more organize and less ghetto. Today is New Years day and after all the fireworks. I’m looking out side my window and a guy ran out side of his house and shot 6 times up into the air. About two second later another guy from a different block respond with his own shot gun. This continue on for 15 whole minutes. He then walk back into his house as nothing just happen. With the police station being a couple of blocks away. You would assume that the police would at least drive by. The truth is that they know and they heard it. But they just don’t give a damm about the people that live here. The only way to clean up this town is to drop a nuclear bomb and get rid of all the people and the politician that run this town. Living in this town, I my self know that this town is so corrupted from the City Hall. For an example, this is what I just run into. My next door neighbor to my other house has been throwing trash into my house. I see that he is throwing the trash, I call the cop they did nothing. So, I went to report it to City Hall that they don’t have a license to fix up the property. The City decided to investigate into this problem. A couple of days latter I receive a ticket. That guy had pay the inspector Tom off. I don’t want to mention his last name. But, he should be the only Tom that works there as a license inspector.
